Pricing & Payment Policy

1. Prices are quoted in US Dollars.
2. Payment is required from the moment the order so accepted. 
3. After you have submitted your order the Magical Order of Brave Knights, LLC may take and shall be entitled to receive such payment as is due in respect to the Order.
4. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card or any other such method as the Magical Order of Brave Knights, LLC may introduce at its absolute discretion.
5. The Magical Order of Brave Knights, LLC reserves the absolute right to accept or refuse any payment made in any form.
6. We aim to debit money from your account within three working days after receiving your order.
7. You will not be charged for any order that cannot be fulfilled and where appropriate The Magical Order of Brave Knights, LLC will refund to your account any sum deducted by the Magical Order of Brave Knights.
8. The Magical Order of Brave Knights, LLC cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available.
9. To maximize security The Magical Order of Brave Knights, LLC does not hold any credit/debit card details.  They are held by third party payment providers. Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the order.
10. Your statutory rights are unaffected by these Terms.

Return & Refund Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product, you purchase from The Magical Order of Brave Knights, LLC – Online Store. 

You have 14 (fourteen) calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. Only items that have been purchased directly from The Magical Order of Brave Knights, LLC can be returned.  Ensure that the item you’re returning is packaged with all components that were included when you received it (Plush Doll, Knight Light, and Storybook).   Please give us a call or email us so we can attempt to resolve your concern prior to returning your Magical Brave Knight.
